A recent survey of 139 IT executive in the U.S. and Canada conducted by Computer Economics Inc. during November 2009 shows that 52% of IT organizations expect to increase their IT operational budget in 2010 by launching new projects. Only 16% plan to make further budget cuts in the year ahead.
