    Bell Carter Foods® (BC),family-owned and operated for over a hundred years, is one of the largest olive growers in the world. Bell Carter Foods sells olives under its Lindsay Olives® brand.

    RJMC was selected to gather all the business processes, to define the system requirements and lead LFF through the evaluation and selection of a new enterprise solution.

    Guittard Chocolate Company, established in 1868, is a leading chocolate producer, using both original formulas and French methods.  It is the oldest family owned chocolate company in the country.

    RJMC was selected to perform an assessment of the current ERP system to determine whether it would be more cost-effective to upgrade the existing Oracle solution or to consider the acquisition and implementation of an alternative enterprise solution.

    As a result of work performed, the decision was make to move forward with an upgrade to the existing Oracle ERP system.  RJMC is currently in the process of managing the project to migrate from Oracle 11i to R12.

    Zevia LLC is a Los Angeles-based company that produces zero-calorie, naturally-sweetened soft drinks sweetened with Stevia and Monk Fruit. Zevia was launched in 2007 as an alternative soda for those who want to avoid both added sugars and artificial sweeteners.

    RJMC was engaged to assist Zevia in evaluating alternative systems that could support them through their rapid growth where the product is now available in more than 16,000 stores in the United States. Our initial recommendation was to implement a cloud-based demand planning and forecasting solution which address one of their core needs. Other back-end solutions will follow.

    RJMC assisted DoubleLine to evaluate, select, and implement an alternative financial system. DoubleLine migrated from a lower-tier hosted client-server based financial solution with limited functionality to Oracle Fusion Financials that is a Cloud-based solution that incorporated a broader scope of features, functions, and improved systems of internal controls.

    RJMC was engaged to assist Maxwell to evaluate and select a new global Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.  The process was complex and resulted in the selection of Workday for HR with One Source Virtual and ADP Streamline for payroll processing.  RJMC also is assisting in managing the system implementation.

Both standard and customized alloys are produced for the foundry and die casting industries with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Custom manufactures recycled aluminum alloy ingots and specialty primary aluminum alloys from two manufacturing plants.

    After a year of trying to evaluate alternative system solutions their own, RJMC was engaged to quickly define business system requirements for the purpose of identifying a solution to replace the existing non-integrated legacy systems.

    After significant internal effort to develop a mission critical sales and configuration system, RJMC was engaged to assist Utility to define their unique system requirements to produce an RFP and identify a solution that could be tailored and implemented quickly.  This project resulted in the selection of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution with integrated configuration functionality.

    A Berkshire Hathaway company, See’s Candies is well-known and loved throughout the western United States. See’s operates two manufacturing kitchens in California that serve over 200 retail shops.

    RJMC participated as internal Project Management for the implementation of new Financials, Human Resources, Advanced Benefits, and Payroll systems.

    RJMC was responsible for directing See’s functional teams through complex changes in business processes as the result of the new systems.
