The process documentation prepared by RJMC was used to re-engineer business processes leading to the definition of future system requirements.

    RJMC led PFF, a public company, through an ERP Evaluation and Selection process that covered the bank’s Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources functions and later provided Project Management services during the software implementation.
