    The Bouqs Company has engaged RJMC to assist in managing their implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP to include financials, procurement, and supply-chain management. Target Go-Live is planned for 1st quarter 2018. The new ERP system will be integrated to existing eCommerce platform.

    Canidae® Corporation, is an independent, family-owned pet nutrition company headquartered in Norco, California, that was founded in 1996. Canidae® is passionate about pets and pet nutrition. They have a state of the art pet food manufacturing facility in Brownwood, Texas where they use fresh meat, poultry, fish and vegetables sourced locally and from abroad to produce their natural pet food kibble. RJMC was selected to assist Canidae® evaluate, select, and implement an enterprise-wide ERP solution that will provide the scope of features and functionality to support future growth.

    Oracle NetSuite was selected as the ERP system of choice. RJMC is assisting in the project management of the implementation effort which began during the summer of 2017 to support financials, sales order management, procurement, supply-chain management, and reporting. Target Go-Live is slated for the 1st quarter 2018.

    Zevia LLC is a Los Angeles-based company that produces zero-calorie beverages, naturally sweetened with Stevia. Zevia was launched in 2007 as an alternative soda for those who want to avoid both added sugars and artificial sweeteners, and the company continues to be considered an innovator – and leader – in this category. Amazon’s list of ‘most wished for’ soft drinks – a ranking that tracks products on customers wish lists and gift registries – has Zevia at No. 1

    RJMC was engaged to assist Zevia in evaluating ERP systems that could support them through their rapid growth. The growing complexity of Zevia’s product offering is one the drivers of why a new ERP system is needed.

    In 2015, RJMC assisted Zevia in the selection of a much needed SaaS-based forecasting and demand planning solution called DSX from Demand Solutions. The system is in the process of being implemented. In 2017 the company returned its attention to ERP and RJMC is in the process of evaluating alternative ERP solutions with a target Go-Live date in 2018.

    Mirion Technologies, Inc. provides products, services, and solutions for radiation detection and protection. It offers radiation detection and protection instruments, cameras for extreme environments, and provides in-plant safety monitoring systems.

    From the systems perspective, Mirion Technologies had a variety of ERP systems that are being used around the world. One of Mirion’s divisons, the Dosimetry Services Division (DSD), requested assistance with regard to planning for the migrating from the legacy systems to a more integrated, enterprise-wide solution. RJMC assisted in evaluating and selecting a Microsoft solutions partner to implement Dynamics AX. That implementation is currently in process with a target Go-Live in 2018.

    In July of 2016 Mirion Technologies acquired a similar company called Canberra. Mirion and the newly acquired system were operating with different Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

    RJMC was asked to assist Mirion Technologies to evaluate and select a new global Human Capital Management (HCM) solution that could eventually support all Mirion entities. The evaluation process resulted in the selection of Ultimate Software for HR and Payroll processing with a target Go-Live in 2018.

    Many years ago, RJMC participated in an ERP Evaluation and Selection process. This initial project was followed by a Project Management engagement to manage the successful implementation of the chosen ERP solution, Oracle E-Business Suite.

    In 2016 as Gehr was expanding its distribution to add an eCommerce-based Direct-to-Consumer channel, RJMC was once again called upon to assist The Gehr Group with an assessment and selection of a qualified service provider that could not only support their eCommerce platform but all support a unified social media strategy.  As a result of the work performed, Golden Communications, Inc was selected to support The Gehr Group with design and development of its eCommerce and Corporate websites.  This process is currently underway.

    Guittard Chocolate Company, established in 1868, is a leading chocolate producer, using both original formulas and French methods.  It is the oldest family owned chocolate company in the country.

    RJMC was selected to perform an assessment of the current ERP system to determine whether it would be more cost-effective to upgrade the existing Oracle solution or to consider the acquisition and implementation of an alternative enterprise solution.

    As a result of work performed, the decision was make to move forward with an upgrade to the existing Oracle ERP system.  RJMC is currently in the process of managing the project to migrate from Oracle 11i to R12.

DoubleLine® migrated from a lower-tier hosted client-server based financial solution with limited functionality to Oracle Fusion Financials that is a Cloud-based solution that incorporated a broader scope of features, functions, and improved systems of internal controls.
