REQUIREMENTS DEFINITION

The Requirements Definition step is to document the most important features and functions that must be present in order to manage the business including interfaces to specialty systems, how data is processed, and the types of reporting needed.

 

RJMC conducts fact-finding meetings with members of the team to discuss how business is done.  We document the features, functions, and controls unique to the company.  

 

This document becomes a part of the Request for Proposal and is used to qualify and to evaluate solutions to be considered.
