We are experts in Project Management - We Get Projects Done!

The Requirements Definition step is to document the most important features and functions that must be present in order to manage the business including interfaces to specialty systems, how data is processed, and the types of reporting needed.

RJMC conducts fact-finding meetings with members of the team to discuss how business is done.  We document the features, functions, and controls unique to the company.

This document becomes a part of the Request for Proposal and is used to qualify and to evaluate solutions to be considered.

RJMC works with members of the project team to document:

  • Requirements by Functional Area

  • Interfaces to specialty systems

  • Key System Requirements

The Requirements Definition process establishes the agenda for the Vendor Evaluation and Selection step.

RJMC expertise gets the project Done on-time and with better than expected results.
